3 Legal bases
Your personal data are processed only if at least one of the following legal bases is given.

3.1 Consent: You have given your consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes (point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR).

3.2 Contract: Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract (point (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR).

3.3 Legal obligation: Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject (point (c) of Article 6(1) GDPR).

3.4 Legitimate interests: Processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of personal data (point (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR).

4 Types of personal data
The types of personal data processed include, whenever you visit this website, your IP address and, where applicable, authentication data. However, for communication via email, your name, your address, your telephone number, your email address, and other data can also be processed, to the extent you provide said and other data.

5 Categories of data subjects
The categories of data subjects, whose personal data are processed, include, in particular, visitors of this website, prospective clients, clients, and business partners.

6 Storage period
Your personal data are erased as soon as the purpose, for which they are processed, is no longer given.

7 Your rights
7.1 Right of access: You have (1) the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data are processed and (2) the right to access such data and certain information. These data and this information include, but are not limited to, the purposes of processing; the categories of personal data; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored (Article 15 GDPR).

7.2 Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement (Article 16 GDPR).

7.3 Right to erasure: You have the right to obtain without undue delay the erasure of personal data concerning you (Article 17 GDPR).

 7.4 Right to restriction of processing: You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing where certain prerequisites apply. These include, in particular, cases, in which the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you; in which the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead; the personal data are no longer required for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; in which you have objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) GDPR (Article 18 GDPR).

7.5 Right to data portability: You have (1) the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and (2) the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where: (a) the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) GDPR or point (a) of Article 9(2) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1) GDPR and (b) the processing is carried out by automated means (Article 20 GDPR).

7.6 Right to object: You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).

7.7 Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you infringes the GDPR (Article 77 GDPR).

8 Web hosting
8.1 Rationale: This website is hosted by a professional provider, and this hosting is required, among other things, to make it possible for this website to be presented in a secure and user-friendly manner.

8.2 Legal basis: (1) A processing agreement is in place. (2) Hosting also serves legitimate interests (point f of Article 6(1) GDPR).
